The Services are provided as a tool, not professional advice.

4. Subscriptions, Fees & Payments

• Certain features require a paid subscription.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.
• DailyBuild does not store payment card or banking information.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable past 30 days of purchase, except where required by law.

We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Free Trials & Promotions

If we offer a free trial or promotional access:

• Trial duration and eligibility are determined by DailyBuild.
• Abuse of trials or promotions may result in termination.
• Trials may convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

6. User Content & Ownership

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or submit (“User Content”), including reports, photos, documents, and data.

By using the Services, you grant DailyBuild a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Services.

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of your content
• Ensuring you have rights to upload it
• Compliance with applicable laws

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Attempt to access unauthorized systems or data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to DailyBuild in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DailyBuild LLC, its officers, employees, and partners from claims arising out of:

• Your User Content
• Violation of these Terms or applicable laws

15. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action shall be brought in courts located in South Carolina.
